Delivery policy

All items are shipped to the EU in to deliver your order within the shortest terms despite that the pills are initially produced in India. A pharmacy is located in the EU for convenience of our European consumers. 
Generally, it takes 5-8 days to deliver your order, but due to some circumstances there may be a delay for 3 days more.

Order annulment policy

It is possible to cancel your order only within 24 hours after your ordering. Please, make sure that we are informed about order annulment. You should contact our support team by the phone or by e-mail (Contact us ) and inform them about your intention. If 24 hours after your ordering passed, we cannot annul your order.
Check carefully if the completed order form has all the details and that the information is correct. It is recommended to pay extra attention to all the fields containing your information before submitting the purchase. The misapprehension may lead to non-delivery of the order. Reimbursement policy

7. Unauthorized access, modification, damage, or any attempt thereof, of any information of any Centralux Ltd customers or end-users by any means or device.
8. Deliberately perform any actions to annoy, or that will cause a refusal-of-service (e.g., synchronized number sequence attacks) to any other customer either on the Centralux Ltd network or on another provider's network
9. Using Centralux Ltd's Services to conflict with the use of the Centralux Ltd network by other customers or authorized users.

Customer Responsibility for Customer's Users

By cooperation with Centralux Ltd service each customer proves to abide this Policy. You are agreeing that you are solely liable for your actions.   Complaints about customers/representatives or end-users of a Centralux Ltd customer are to be forwarded to the Centralux Ltd customer's postmaster for implementation. In case of illegitimate actions of the Centralux Ltd Fair Use Policy reserves the right to terminate services with or execute the Policy statements in order to prevent further infringements Centralux Ltd's FUP as Centralux Ltd is considered relevant, without notice.
