4. Type in the order details
5. Verify all the fields, number of pills and click "Submit"
6. If the order is confirmed the message will appear on the screen and the confirmation letter is to be automatically sent to the email address you stated. If the letter is not delivered to your inbox, contact us and we will send it once more. The message can be uploaded from your account (Track Order).

Q:How can I pay?

A: You may select the most convenient way of payment from the listed below:

Q:How to choose a wire method? When will my order be sent in this case?

A: If you have chosen to pay by a wire follow these steps:

Q:Can the purchased items be delivered to Europe?

A: Our shipping policy distributes over Europe including countries outside the European Union.

Q:Do you deliver to the other countries apart from European countries?

A: Unfortunately, only European countries are covered by our shipping policy.

Q:Where are the medications delivered from?

A: All items are shipped to the EU in order to deliver your order in short terms despite that the pills are initially produced in India. A pharmacy is located in the EU for convenience of our European consumers. 

Q:What packing do you use? Is my signature mandatory for receiving the order?

A: Your confidentiality is very important for us. The delivery is usually left in the mail box and is packed in the individual envelope. Your signature is not required unless the medication is delivered by Standard Mail.

How the shipping process occurs?

A: The shipment can be delivered in two ways:

• Door-to-door tracking. You can monitor your order by the tracking number given after the order is sent out. Refer to your account (Track Order).
• Regular Airmail Service. Using this way of delivery you cannot track your order.

Q:What is the price for shipment? How much time does it take for my order to arrive?

A: The price may vary according to a shipping type you select and country the order has to be delivered to. Please check the table below:

* It is not possible to deliver the order if PO box is stated in your shipping address. Please check if the phone number you provide us with is correct, otherwise, we will not be able to carry out the delivery.
Please note! In case your purchase consists of 90 pills or more it has to be delivered in several packages to avoid delay at the customs. If it is delivered by regular mail as you pay once (EUR 5.95) for all the packages. If the order is delivered by Trackable Courier Service you pay for each package.

Q:Does the shipping occur the same day I order?

A: The medications sold are ready to be delivered right away. However, the ordered item is sent to you after the shipping information and the order details are checked. Generally, it takes 1-2 days to process and deliver you order.

Q:Is it possible that my order is hold at customs?

A: If your order is delayed at customs, you'll be contacted for permission to check the package. Then you order will arrive. In case any complications occur during your order delivery, please inform us, so we try to find the solution to the problem.

Q:What do I do in case of short or damaged delivery?

A: If this situation happened, please inform our support team to help you with the problem. You order will be sent again or we will return the order costs. Please refer to our Policies for details.

Q:How much do I have to pay for repeated delivery?

A: We assume all the expenses for repeated delivery. Thus, you don’t need to pay.

Q:How can I see the status of my order?

A: You can do it two ways:

• see the status on our the web site

You can refer to the information about your bonus, the status of the order, the date of sending and the possible day of the product arrival in your account section (Track Order). To enter our account you fill in the number of your order, your e-mail address and the verification code (the digits in the box next to the "Verification code" field).
If the item is delivered by a Courier Service, the tracking number can be obtained from the same page.

Q:How can I change the shipping information?
